Good evening. We went to your place for dinner last night. All in all we had a good time except for a few small oversights. I wanted to point out that at the time of payment the points for a total of €108 were not loaded onto Fidelty. It had already happened to City Life. I tried to contact you by phone but no one answers. I await the answer. Thank you

We asked for a drink without alcohol called mariposa pero and aribata a nice orangeade 🙄but it wasn't better meteré orangeade directly censa teases with a nice name and dore which is a disguised cotel

Il locale internamente è grande e ben arredato, con diversi richiami alla cultura messicana (teschi, colori sgargianti etc). Il personale è gentile anche se alcuni camerieri sono risultati un po’ “sopra le righe” ma nel complesso è un aspetto trascurabile. I piatti serviti sono buoni e anche se il costo è un po’ elevato per il tipo di offerta, la cena è stata piacevole e le pietanze servite (piuttosto velocemente, visto anche il locale quasi vuoto) sono risultate gustose e ben preparate.

For a chain, it's really very very good!!! The staff were a little young and inexperienced and in a hurry to clear the table because they wanted to go home!! But overall not bad!!!

08/03/2024: During quarantine we were craving fried chicken and that's how we met El Pollito. Since then I have been ordering quite regularly on weekends. I really appreciate that they have grown and learned to renew the menu and the packaging and delivery methods. The dishes seem to be of good quality even though I never eat them on the spot and they take about twenty minutes to travel. Right now I think they are really good for a delivery which is also always very punctual. The prices are really honest if you consider that they are on a par with well-known fastfood restaurants which have very little quality! Fried chicken, tacos and burgers eaten tonight were really good! Sooner or later we will come to eat on site. Keep it up!

28/03/2024: Always a guarantee, I like the genre, I like the food and the staff is always very kind and helpful. It never disappoints
23/03/2024: Every now and then we try to stop by for lunch break, but... The lunch menu isn't bad either, but the portions are small especially considering the costs. The place is also beautiful and the staff friendly, but the service is too slow and those who only have an hour's break are always at their limit.
