19/03/2024: It is a historic place for the generation of those almost forty or so... Memorable evenings in the company of friends. Transformed into a modern steakhouse with Milanese touches and objects arranged not by chance in the room. Dozens of cuts of meat to choose from (I would say the price per kilo justifies the quality of the meat) in addition to the classic menu with burgers, cuts and Co. The cut of meat is exaggerated..... Difficult to finish but sublime in its to be. The other dishes are fair in quantity, slightly above average in price but you can forgive them for that. The owner is a character... Very engaging and courteous. Moral goddess evening? Next time we will focus on other types of cuts of "VACCA" as the owner defines it.
