We went here for the first time, after reading an article on the best pizzerias in the Castelli. Delicious and very light pizza, you can feel the quality of the raw materials and the particularity of the dough is unrivaled. Furthermore, the place is super special.

after years of going there it's always a pleasure to go back, every week the pizza dough changes, always gluten-free, and they are really very good.
we booked with the fork, the service is fast and the atmosphere is super special.
we stayed on dessert for a while, a slice of bread (always made with their dough) with Nutella for €6, which seemed excessive to us.
with the fork's 20% discount we paid €31 for two.

I went to this place with my girlfriend. We had a great time, good food, we ate the square with a particular dough and it was very good. Very efficient and kind service with a nice welcome, very pleasant environment... We will return

Ho provato una classica Margherita da asporto in questo locale tutt'altro che convenzionale, sembra di stare all'interno di una macchina del tempo. La pizza classica per modo di dire perché l'impasto usato non è la semplice acqua e farina è lievito, ma ogni settimana utilizza prodotti diversi e ricercati. Oggi era un impasto rosso e proteico da un insolito sapore dolciastro che all'inizio spiazza un po' ma diventa subito piacevole al palato e leggero nella digestione. Non mancherà occasione per provare nuovi impasti.

The place deserves to be visited because it is very particular, but I didn't like the pizza very much, even if they take great care in the dough, always with different ingredients; However, this last aspect could be the weak point of the pizza and not always make it so good.

Il posto merita di ssere visitato perché molto particolare, ma la pizza a me non è piaciuta molto, anche se hanno molta cura per l'impasto, sempre con diversi ingredienti; quest'ultimo aspetto potrebbe però essere il punto debole della pizza e non renderla sempre così buona.

Se non vi piace la pizza andate per il pizzaiolo..Alto,biondo e con gli occhi azzurri!! Scherzi a parte 🤣🤣 la pizza de Chirimoya è da provare almeno una volta nella vita..io una volta a settimana perché per me è una droga non so come farei senza! Consigliatissimo 👍👍
