Cibando Food Experience In Martina franca

Locale piccolino,arredamento semplice, con un’atmosfera accogliente.abbiamo mangiato le irrinunciabili bombette di Martinafranca e un piatto vegetariano a base di rape,cime di rapa,anacardi,nocciole…che posso definire di alta cucina. Servizio rapido e attento. Bravi ragazzi,continuate cosi sempre con un occhio alla stagionalità dei prodotti come fate adesso.

This place is a mix of pleasures. The palate enjoys it thanks to the flavors offered with unusual mixes that are all worth trying. The eyes and ears are pampered by the details hidden in the venue and by the excellent music playing. You pay right. You are treated with great courtesy and professionalism. If I were in Martina Franca I would gladly go there.

All very good, but burgers without accompanying patties...

The dishes are good (we ate burgers and a mixture of cold cuts and cheeses), made up of fresh and high quality ingredients. I really appreciated the kindness of the staff and their sweet behavior towards the animals. It's the second time I've had dinner at Cibando and I'll definitely be back!

Martina Franca 1.11.2023 The restaurant overlooks a small but charming square, located on the pedal island, so it remains very quiet. Inside it is really tiny, there will be 3 small tables. Outside, however, there are another twenty seats. There is only one bathroom, small and above all without towels, with an unhygienic rotating tap, which you have to grip, not only to open, but also to close. The tables are made of wood and the equipment is made of straw paper and plain paper towels. The waitresses are kind, efficient and pay attention to customers. However, when they clean the tables, they hold a sanitizer sprayer in their hands, which they then do not spray on them. It seems destined only on appearance. The menu has a decent selection of dishes, including sandwiches and salads. Upon arrival we were offered complimentary lupins and olives, with no toothpicks to pick them up. The dishes we took were completely lacking in salt and oil and were unacceptable even for a person like me who makes little use of both. The broad bean and chicory dish was made up more of stems than leaves. Prices are quite modest.
