Very high level of general professionalism, first of all. Wonderful and welcoming place. Not banal and extremely original. Warm and familiar. Raw materials, very fresh. The flavors are clear and well defined...never suppressed or altered. Kindness, courtesy, elegance and style paint this very original and wonderful place. Highly recommended. I could stop here and limit myself to a description from a freshly star Gourmet Chef but... I found myself at home this evening... I was at home and I could smell the sea like when I open the windows of my house and let myself be embraced by the sea breeze. The class, kindness and above all the sweetness of the owners is wonderful. It felt like I had known them all my life. And those flavors.... My heart was happy because I felt loved through those wonderful dishes. Tonight...I came home. Thank you with all my soul. Thank you...thank you with all my heart. Thank you for making me feel emotions similar to those I felt when, as a child, I found myself in front of a dish prepared by my mother. A strong and sincere hug.

Locale che ci era stato segnalato da una conoscente che abita in zona. La location è bella ed accogliente, il personale cortese e premuroso. Ottimo il cibo. Abbiamo mangiato una scrocchietta ed un antipasto misto con polpette, falafel e alghe fritte; poi due primi del giorno con pesce (ottimi entrambi) ed una torta di mele. Era una serata tranquilla in mezzo alla settimana, i tempi del servizio sono stati perfetti. Sicuramente ci torneremo!!

Situato nel cuore di Monteverde a Roma, offre un menù alla carta di buon assortimento tra vegetale e pesce. Le materie prime sono di buona qualità, alcuni piatti molto interessanti, ambiente piacevole e ben distribuito, peccato il sevizio sarà stato il sabato sera, ma le attese tra le portate mediamente lunghe se non lunghissime ( oltre 60 min.tra antipasto e primo) hanno inciso negativamente sull’esperienza culinaria che probabilmente avrebbe meritato di più. Da rivedere il servizio oggettivamente sottodimensionato.

You can only eat the best Paella in the world at Clivo Bistrot! The place is wonderful, the food is excellent, the staff is very kind and satisfies you with everything. It is possible to eat inside or outside. There are also games for children. The Owner is very kind, friendly, and professional! I always come back very willingly

Uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti, si mangia benissimo in un'atmosfera cordiale e un ambientazione calda e accogliente, gentilezza e cordialità si aggiungono per rendere la serata riuscita.

Mangio sempre benissimo, ho provato ormai molte pietanze e sono tutte di alta qualità. Da consigliare i primi di pesce e le polpettine vegetali, che sono il loro forte. Anche i biscotti e le mele spadellate sono una meraviglia.. L’ambiente è caloroso, intimo, ti fa sentire a casa. Non se ne puó parlare male, ci andrei sempre!
