Pesce molto buono tuttavia in entrambe i piatti ordinati erano previste anche le capesante e gli scampi. In totale sono arrivati 0 capesante e 1 scampo e del tonno che non era previsto. Io pago x quello che ordino e niente altro. Lascio a voi ogni commento…

Really excellent place for the quality of the raw materials, the only one in my experience and above all in that of my stomach, which uses excellent fish, I've already been twice and I haven't had any digestive difficulties unlike all the ones here so far I have been to Milan and elsewhere. Excellent service, friendly, delicate, calm people. As regards the menu, perhaps I would enrich the chef's uramaki section with new preparations (without Philadelphia perhaps) and perhaps even more particular ones, I would really appreciate it, they have a very interesting chef section, but I think they can afford to offer much, much more, given the quality of the fish. In my opinion the location is the weak point, because well, I find it totally disjointed on a stylistic level, in terms of furniture and atmosphere it is a series of different styles but in my opinion if put together badly it would need a more cohesive, minimal and dynamic restyling, more current. For the rest, go without thinking for a moment, it really is wonderful!!! The quality is great. I hope it will always be able to improve and innovate in its proposals because I find it of very high quality, worth trying!! Believe me!

I often come to Conch to eat and I consider it one of my favorite restaurants. The prices are a bit high, in fact I always book with TheFork and I've always had a good time. The food is very good and of excellent quality: there is a lot of variety of dishes and something for all tastes. Furthermore, the staff is very kind and helpful and the atmosphere is really pleasant.

Nel complesso direi molto buono. Un buon Menù, consiglio! Unica Nota negativa: abbiamo ordinato sashimi special molto buono ma hanno sostituito col tonno le cape sante… :(

Valutazione: 4/5 Pregi: sushi di qualità, cura dell'aspetto estetico sia del locale sia del cibo, atmosfera tranquilla, varietà dell'offerta sushi ottima e anche con ingredienti ricercati (caviale, tartufo...), sconto The Fork, alto livello. Difetti: prezzi un pò alti, menù non di agevole lettura, il numero di pezzi non era sempre specificato nel menù.

Il proprietario è un cavaliere della qualità. Il riso è buonissimo e le materie prima sono di alta qualità. Ad esempio l'alga che in tantissimi ristoranti di bassa qualità la trovi gommosa ed elastica, qui la trovi croccante che si spezza in mano. Il temaki mangiato qui non lo si trova quasi da nessuna parte. Se vi piace il sushi semplice e pulito senza troppe salse che servono a coprire la bassa qualità, questo è il posto per voi.
