Fantastic discovery in the center of Viterbo! I found this restaurant delightful and impeccable from all points of view. Starting from the location, it is located in the medieval streets of the center, it presents itself inside with a perfect harmony between the ancient walls and the simple and modern design. It has tables both inside and outside. The service is very professional and courteous. The menu presents a wide choice of both land and sea. I preferred the fish-based dishes, which I found simply fantastic, despite it not being a seaside town. The dishes are very sophisticated, the portions are quite generous, we left with a full belly. The bill is in keeping with the quality of what is offered. Last but not least, praise for the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, which was impeccable.

Contrasto e' un ristorante di grandissimo fascino. Siamo arrivati per pranzo, dopo aver prenotato, e siamo stati accolti da un giovane manager e da un collaboratore con capelli biondi lunghi legati dietro, estremamente educato e professionale. Io ho preso fettuccine con funghi porcini , liquirizia...
