A small place full of Romanness. The guys who serve the tables are all always very kind and prepared ... and some of them speak Spanish really well (I had written « de p …. madre » but Google thinks it's an insult) The prices are fair and the servings are of adequate weight. If you are in Via del Corso or in the Monte Citorio area during lunch or dinner time, you can't miss it!

I have been going to eat at Coso for many years and I have always eaten very well, perhaps the best value for money in the area. Very nice owners and above all very Romanistic. Of note is the amazing carbonara, Roman artichoke not to be missed and the meatballs in white wine with mashed potatoes are special. For those who want to be a little careful, I recommend the president's dish consisting of wok-fried rice with grilled chicken and vegetables.

We arrived looking for a table after a day of pouring rain and were immediately welcomed in a kind and warm manner by the staff in the outdoor room, we managed to find an excellent gluten free alternative and an excellent bottle of Chianti. Fair bill and very quick service. Recommended to savor D.o.C. Roman cuisine and hospitality.

A really nice and typical restaurant with reasonable prices. The food is excellent and the service is usually very friendly. Ate there on two days. One day very comfortable and relaxed with a lovely waitress, but on the second day another colleague was totally hectic and almost a little overexcited... the most delicious food is no fun. It may be that as a tourist you are a little more complicated than the Italian who knows the place!

Pranzo in centro in questo locale. Senza aver prenotato abbiamo trovato posto. Piatti abbondanti e buoni, non i soliti piatti da turisti. Nessun posto auto.

Lontano parente del ristorante che era qualche anno fa. Piatti minuscoli ma prezzi normali o un po' più alti del normale. Qualità media. Probabilmente per i turisti va bene ma non ci tornerei. Molto rumore specialmente al piano di sopra. Insomma...

Ristoro La Dispensa

07/05/2024: Perfect location for an intimate dinner or a family dinner. Menu consisting of a few courses but all done well. I can't decide whether meat, fish or pizza is better. The wine menu is crazy, I've never seen anything like it. Prices in line with the quality. When you want to make a good impression, come here.
