Nice place, good cafe products, efficient tray delivery system (there is no table service, you can decide whether to eat at the counter or take the tray away). We drank a macchiato and a coffee cream (San Carlo cream).
The door to the women's bathroom is defective.

Sitting comfortably on the terrace in the sun; nothing to complain about. No table service, you have to order online. No problem, do this and wait. After fifteen minutes, you go inside to inquire, you have to order inside and then pick up the drinks yourself. Location-wise, okay, service is not there, but okay is indicated. Toilet is not clean.

The amount of time I would have came to chill with a coffee and work! But the timetable and strict schedule is the worst. Would be better to have a work area instead of this limited schedule! Hope the management takes this into consideration. Other than that its one of my favorite places in Torino!

Very comfortable environment and very pleasant view as far as I'm concerned. The service is excellent, I ordered and after a few minutes my saffron risotto was on the table. Impeccable cleanliness. They accept restaurant tickets. Friendly staff and there is the possibility to charge your cell phone or go with your PC. Then you find yourself in front of the Rinascente, a stone's throw from Piazza San Carlo. Acceptable prices: I paid €13.40: risotto, water and coffee. I will definitely take it as a reference for the next times I come to Turin.

I cocktails erano molto grandi. Il gin tonic era un po’ troppo forte. I piatti aperitivi sono extra, 7 euro l’uno ma valevano assolutamente il prezzo. Il prezzo totale era giusto (33 euro per due cocktails e due piatti aperitivi, considerando la posizione (pieno centro). Ambiente un pochino troppo caotico, ma tutto sommato bel posto.
