I have been going to this small but welcoming place several times now with my family and friends. Andrea and Barbara are really good restaurateurs. Excellent food and always quality ingredients. In addition to the classics of Roman cuisine, Andrea always offers new dishes, which I recommend trying! We will keep coming back!

We have been regular customers since the first day of opening... we can't ask for anything better! quality of food, impeccable service and a very welcoming environment! The criticisms that are made (few) in my opinion, come from people who criticize anyone! Criticisms must be considered and not made because during a service errors can be made which are promptly discovered!! Anyway, having said that, for me it's the best!1

I wasn't initially enthusiastic, everything was quite good even though dishes on the menu were missing, pasta with clams to be unwrapped, not tied and without full clams, a place that can improve because there is good will and fresh raw materials, I will be back.

Ottimi i salumi sul tagliere e complimenti x i primi: abbiamo apprezzato molto sia gli gnocchi all'amatriciana che i ravioli al ragù bianco ripieni di porcini, il ragù spettacolare!!! Ottimo anche il servizio, molto attento al dettaglio

Il Rifugio dei Cardinali Restaurant

17/03/2024: La location e immersa nelle colline di Santa Marinella, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, nel nostro caso camera con terrazzo vista mare, stanza e b&b molto pulito, colazione con prodotti locali fatti da loro. Ci torneremo!!
