The place looks good and well looked after. We had dinner and there were 3 of us. To start we had a 13-course mixed starter which didn't surprise us, in fact the quality served isn't worth the price and a sauté of mussels and clams that were overcooked and dry, dried up and almost rubbery! We moved directly to the second course with a good and varied fried mixed meat and a mixed grill worthy of praise! The choice of wine was proposed from medium-high quality cellars, whereas a glass of poor quality prosecco!

Let me start by saying that I don't like fish, so if I go back to eat it at Carletto's, it means that it is really very good. The restaurant is now located where there used to be the villa of my maternal grandparents, with whom I lived, so for me, every time, it's as if I'm coming home, and this in itself makes me feel good. Then there is Carletto, who makes the difference and who, for me, is a legend. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room has quieter, more private seats and less so you can choose. Among the dishes that I love the most I can mention, in addition to the usual fried foods and squid skewers, the chitarrina da Carletto, which is an ever green, the fettuccine with Montepulciano with scampi and calamari, the cod in sauce with Taggiasca olives and onions baked and mussels soute. Now that I have finally returned to Montesilvano, I will be one of their regular customers and I will also invite my friends to share this beautiful culinary experience with me. Siamo tornati in questo locale dopo un pò di tempo e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Tutto molto buono;abbiamo preso gli antipasti crudi,freddi e caldi e due primi abbondanti e gustosi. Molto sfiziosi anche i vari tipi di pane offerti con gli antipasti.

consigliato da amico siamo andati in questo ristorante di pesce, arredo poco accogliente con televisore che domina sui tavoli, musica in sottofondo che non aiuta la conversazione, forse i locali devono essere così, non so a me non piacciono. personale gentile disponibile, pesce fresco preparato bene secondo l'uso locale, ma molto buono. dolce un poco eccessivo perl'insieme dei gusti. insomma la cena ottima, il contorno un poco meno
