A Roman-style pizzeria of the kind that once existed and which unfortunately is now increasingly diminishing with the advance of the large chains. The dough is very light, the ingredients are always fresh, the fried foods are homemade and therefore always tasty and the two owners (one in the laboratory and one at the cash register) are very nice. An absolute note of merit, in addition to the goodness of the pizza and fried foods, is given by the decidedly popular prices, in line with the atmosphere of the San Lorenzo district. Having it on our doorstep is lucky, also because in Rome I know of five pizzerias of a level at least equal to this one, and I have been eating pizza by the slice everywhere for as long as I can remember. Forget about these terrible franchises with pistachio pizzas for €6 a piece, a couple of bites of a simple and delicious margherita like the one you will find here are enough to have a happy day.

A pizza of the highest level…..if you want to eat a good pizza in Rome you have to go to Osvaldo in San Lorenzo…..the top of the pizza….

Frequento l’università La Sapienza e mi reco da Ennio e Osvaldo almeno una volta alla settimana. Il servizio è sempre ottimo, Osvaldo è un mito e le pizze, che te lo dico a fare, una delizia. Il locale è un po’ piccolo ma comunque dispone di posti a sedere per mangiare. Consiglio assolutamente i calzoni salsiccia e mozzarella e i supplì. Locale approvato, anche tenendo conto del rapporto qualità prezzo

Ogni giorno che mangio la pizza qua me ne torno a casa felice. Sò 20 anni che non me delude mai. Er mejo de sta città

Estive aqui em Roma (no San Lorenzo) em outubro de 2023, pedimos 4 tipos de pizza (marguerita, queijo de búfala, aliche e linguiça+batata) todas estavam muito boas e após pagar a conta ganhamos um regalo, uma garrafa 600ml de cerveja Peroni...pizzas estavam excelente, cerveja esta nota 10!
