The service is genuine and fast, perhaps too fast.
The cuisine is exclusively Roman and certainly deserves a taste; in particular the Giudia-style artichoke and the lamb chops, both fried and grilled.
The bill is definitely honest.

A spectacle, the owner tells all the diners at the same time the dishes on the menu, the entire restaurant super attentive to her words. The food was spectacular, both the pasta and the fish, but especially the artichokes, we had to repeat... Good price. Highly recommended, reservation is required. I will definitely return... congratulations

Guys, here we are... they have history... and luckily they haven't been lost like other heirs of great dynasties of chefs... the Roman tradition and beyond triumphs... an excellent loose Cesanese welcomes you... ...today you can only drink in bottles... here the bulk is not large... local to the bone... don't come in a group or with prams... you will find it difficult.... parking? Tutto sommato abbiamo mangiato bene da Settimio, anche se qualcosa di poteva migliorare...per questo non mi sono sentito di darli 5/5. Ad esempio il fiore di zucca molto freddo al suo interno, oppure le ovoline di bufala fredde di frigo.
Per il resto tutto buono, dal cibo al conto.

Era da tempo che non tornavo all’osteria da Settimio eppure il tempo non ne ha scalfito la vera essenza.
Osteria di quartiere con la O maiuscola, di quelle che ormai, purtroppo, quasi non si trovano più.
Locale caratteristico, menu tipico Romano cantato a voce da Carla, fiera oste del locale.
Porzioni generose, prelibatezze della tradizione e prezzi onesti fanno di questo locale uno dei migliori e storici della città.
Consigliatissimo!
