When I'm in a new area and looking for a place to eat, I often rely on Google. I almost always get it right. This time too a pleasant surprise. There's no point in wasting compliments on the staff, other customers have already done so, the same goes for describing the place, rustic but pleasant, not to mention describing the dishes and their goodness, all useless, just read what was written previously. I want to say just one thing: we were there, for the first time, yesterday Friday March 29th, our plan for Easter was to go to lunch with friends. We decided to cancel the invitation and booked the Easter lunch at the Corazziere. We are sure that we will have another GREAT experience.

Che dire,andare Dal Corrazziere è come andare la domenica a pranzo dai nonni. Personale cordiale e alla mano, cibo abbondante e buonissimo… Mi fanno sentire a casa sempre. 🥰

…abbiamo fatto tardissimo e il ns. amico ci dice che da un po’ ha aperto un locale proprio lì vicino Ci eravamo stati molti anni fa, stesso luogo con il portico esterno, ma altra gestione, nulla a che vedere Il buffet mette un po’ di tristezza, è anche tardi e ci sta, ma ci assicura che alla carta è vincente Allora andiamo, vino bianco frizzantino della casa, antipasto di trippa, coratella e porchetta Buona la coratella, troppo sugosa la trippa, ma di discreta fattura, buona la porchetta Poi andiamo verso i primi, rigatoni con la pajata, molto carichi e buoni, non ho assaggiato le pajatine, ma il mio amico mi dice che sono ottime Deluso un po’ sulla mia carbonara, cremosa, giusto il guanciale croccante, ma insipida senza sapore, ci ho versato dentro l’intera ciotola di pecorino per aggiustarle, va be’, questa ti è venuta male, ci ritorniamo x assaggiare altro Poi crostata della casa, ma non di casa loro, nella media, da forno Un caffè ed un amaro e x oggi è andata Alla prox!

Ci siamo fermati per caso dopo la visita a Villa Adriana.Cucina tipica romana,tutto fatto in casa .Primi spettacolari, gricia amatriciana e cacio e pepe…per antipasto fagioli con le cotiche e parmigiana fantastico. Tiramisù acqua vino e un kg di porchetta che ci siamo portati a casa. Il tutto ad un prezzo veramente irrisorio per la qualità del cibo. Consigliatissimo!!!
