Probably the best pizza in Pesaro, the prices are higher than normal but it's worth it because they use top quality products and the result is an excellent pizza! In the photo the vegan option of the month with pumpkin cream and seasonal vegetables.

A discovery.. a welcoming and very nice place.. impeccable service.... Not to mention the pizza... spelled dough... I think it's the best pizza I've eaten this year... we'll definitely be back.

The restaurant is located in the small square of Baia Flaminia, the environment inside is warm and welcoming, you feel at ease. The proposal ranges from the classic to the most innovative with top quality seasonal ingredients. Very digestible, it has a long leavening dough, they also offer a dough of ancient grains, the crust is high and soft. Fast service and I wait even though the place is full on a Sunday. Advised

Very good pizza. The price of the "basic" pizzas is also excellent, the more elaborate ones cost more, but the quality of the ingredients is high in all of them.

Abbiamo ordinato una margherita e una prosciutto crudo con impasto classico, un mix di farina tipo 1 e 2. La qualità degli ingredienti è eccellente. La margherita ti arriva al piatto con il fior di latte tagliato a fette che non è per niente acquoso. La passata di pomodoro ha una buona consistenza ed il giusto punto di acidità che risulta piacevole. L'impasto, ben lievitato, con farine dal gusto autentico, risulta leggero, bene alveolato, non gommoso e digeribile. La pizza al crudo è una margherita senza basilico che viene servita con un piatto a parte di prosciutto (prodotto locale ben stagionato); ciò ti permette di degustare così l'ottima qualità del salume. Il rovescio della medaglia, se così possiamo dire, è che il costo delle pizze non è irrisorio (per la margherita si spende 8,5 euro e per quella con il crudo 11). Tuttavia, considerata la qualità delle materie prime, a mio avviso i prezzi sono più che giustificati. Per me è un'ottima pizzeria che consiglio caldamente.

Pizza excelente!! Fiquei muito feliz em saber que tinham aberto novamente!! O cardápio está menor, mas continua sendo uma das melhores pizzarias de Pesaro!!!
