I fully agree with the positive reviews. Their pizza is amazing and truly addictive. For me and my husband it is now a weekly fixed stop. We usually order the shovel, and it is very digestible and seasoned to perfection. The owners, in addition to being super professional, are delightful people

I've been eating pizza at this place for years. Tonight I realized that not only are there really no words to describe the goodness of the pinsa and the pizza, but that what I have been eating here for years is one of the best pinsas (and pizzas) not only in the area, but in all of Rome . Excellent raw materials, precision and - last but not least - the owners are people of rare kindness and professionalism! Parente's laughter is contagious. Like the goodness of the pizza it creates! I love you! ❤️

Warning... it's addictive!!! Delicious pizzas and the stratospheric shovel, once you taste it you become addicted. The owner and staff are very kind and friendly.
