Friendly and traditional Tuscan space. Food made with attention and tradition, surprising because it is not the usual tourist menu, for those who want to know the true cuisine of Tuscany. High quality ingredients that make all the difference. I recommend it, you should make a reservation.

Very good address that I recommend, friendly staff, typical dishes of the region, quality products, very nice plates, plentiful! Delicious osso bucco, the tripe is also very good. Welcome with a smile

Perhaps the most special dish, certainly the most special pasta, that I ate in Florence! Tortelli with ricotta, pecorino and pears with cheese and pepper... Unforgettable ❤️ The gentleman who served us couldn't have been more kind and nice, it was truly a pleasure to eat there! Thank you!

We walked past this unassuming gem around lunch time on our last day in Florence. I was greeted with a big smile and they squeezed us in for dinner. It wasn’t u til I got home and looked it up that I realised how lucky we were to get a table. The pastas were mind blowing, so tasty! We also ordered our 3rd Florentine steak and this was by far the best! Service was great! Local wine hit the spot too! We had spent the last 5 weeks travelling Italy and couldn’t think of a better dinner to end our journey.

03/04/2024: If you're looking for the best food in Italy, look no further than Il Borgo Machiavelli. The food is divine, the atmosphere is charming and the service is impeccable. Each dish is a delight for the senses and the welcoming atmosphere makes it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with loved ones. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable meal.
02/04/2024: Lunch with excellent and well cooked raw materials. Stunning village and the room in which we ate was comfortable, indiscreet and welcoming. Friendly and competent staff, we will definitely come back to try it on a sunny day to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces.
