We found this place on the internet but in person and much more I would say, the particular courteous waitress and the food was excellent

His not exactly traditional appearance caught our attention. Small and well-kept place, every vintage piece is a thrill to the heart. Staff pleasant and efficient. Excellent choice of local products, the price in line with quality.

Wandering through the streets of the town we found this little restaurant and, intrigued by their artisanal products (which you can also buy in the adjacent shop), we decided to have lunch there. Young, pleasant and friendly staff and efficient service. Absolutely great food! We took the cheese platter you see in the photo, a crouton with turnip greens and primo sale and a portion of pici in porcini cream, but we didn't have time to take photos of them (they were too good and we were too hungry haha) Recommended!👍🏻🫶🏻

26/09/2023: I was on holiday in Castiglione and, once I discovered this artisan pasta factory, I couldn't help but try all the products available, even placing orders almost daily. From pici to tortelli, every shape and variant of pasta was truly excellent. The owner Giacomo, in addition to being a REALLY kind and affable person, amazed me with the genius of some of the doughs and advice for preparing the dishes. If you don't feel like preparing your own pasta sauce, sauces and other rotisserie preparations are also available. The cakes are also really good. If you love trying (and cooking) local products when you travel, Giacomo's will certainly have a very positive contribution to your holiday.
