Ci siamo trovati in questo ristorantino quasi per caso, cercando un bel locale per cena in una breve sosta a Roma. Che dire se non complimenti alla brigata e allo staff del DIETROLANGOLO per la qualità delle materie prime, la cura e la velocità nel servizio. Tutto buonissimo dalle tartare ai carpacci ma personalmente sono impazzita per l’anatra, cotta in maniera eccelsa, e per i dolci soprattutto la crema mascarpone con le fragole. Consiglio vivamente e sicuramente ci torneremo.

For me one of the best restaurants in North East Rome, from the service to the location, from the first courses to the cuts of meat.

Dinner with friends, excellent gluten-free option, from starter to dessert!
The care is palpable, the celiac owner is therefore aware!
The only piece of advice which, given the size of the kitchen, I understand is not to be simple and to also adapt the pasta makers (fresh pasta or pasta with different shapes)
Knowing and making known gluten-free options will also guarantee gluten-free customers!
I would happily return!

A great discovery, company dinner in this restaurant close to work, a very nice place where an excellent host assisted by excellent staff offered us a very good dinner. There aren't a thousand courses but there are lots of suggestions and above all choices made about the food. The tartare taken as an appetizer was very good, the fillet was very good, which is not a slice but the real thing. The same goes for the cellar, not many wines but carefully chosen and of high quality. It's really worth returning. Fair price for what we ate and above all drank.

A tre anni di distanza, confermo la mia recensione. Per gli amanti della carne... e non solo 👌. Carne di qualità superiore e ben cucinata in questo ristorante in zona Talenti. Buoni anche gli antipasti e i primi. I vini proposti dal sommelier sono frutto di competenza ed entusiasmo. Il Capolemole di Carpineti è spettacolare. E la cucina a vista è la chicca finale. Proprietà giovane 👍

Ristorante con menù curato, i piatti non sono banali, le tartare sono davvero ottime; il personale è molto gentile e attento al cliente. Senza dubbio consigliato!

Carne molto buona accompagnata da contorni gustosi. Primi piatti ben preparati. Servizio ottimo con personale attento e veramente tanto gentile e paziente.
Grande cura per il senza glutine, consigliato ad un celiaco.
Pochi posti sia dentro che fuori e dunque no confusione ma prenotazione consigliata. Bravi!
