This is the best restaurant in all Rome! Highly recommend the food and the service is excellent! We spent here our first and last night here because it was that good! Compliments to the chef and the staff. Very knowledgable waiters who will help you with anything! Could not find a better place to enjoy your meal in such nice company❤️

I went to eat there with my family for Easter, friendly staff. I really liked the artichoke. in my opinion the amatriciana bacon was a little rubbery. the pastiera was phenomenal

In 2018, we were seduced by this restaurant, as much by its cuisine as by its service. So we went back this year. What a desappointment ! Positive points: the quality and taste on the plate, nothing to complain about. Nothing about value for money either. But unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the service and the staff who chatted among themselves without being interested in us. I was shocked to see a waiter sneezing into his hand and continuing to serve us, someone sweeping the kitchen during service, when our plates were taken away without asking us if we liked it. Surprising. Of all our (many) Roman experiences, this was our only disappointment on this point. And reading the aggressive reactions to mixed opinions, we can imagine difficulty in questioning ourselves. Too bad, really.

A spontaneous lunch turned into a surprising taste explosion. Every dish was outstanding!

Excellent address in the Trastevere district. The wines are good, the pasta excellent and the cherry tomato bruschetta is to die for! Go there with your eyes closed!

Ogni volta che vengo a Roma la tappa da Ditta Trinchetti è d’obbligo. Personale gentilissimo e preparato. C’è anche la possibilità di prenotare un tavolo online, super comodo. La qualità del cibo è senza ombra di dubbio ottima. Tutte le volte non riesco a rinunciare alla loro cacio e pepe, la migliore mangiata. Consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò sicuramente tutte le volte che avrò modo di essere a Roma.
