Time never passes here... Elvezia is renewed but in its heart it remains the same

The pastries are delicious and original. A place to have excellent breakfasts, it's a shame that the space is too small compared to the number of visitors. It may be bad luck but the table service was disappointing.

Excellent very well-kept bar famous for its hollandaise which is in fact really excellent, made in a masterly manner and with custard flavored with vanilla bean and not vanillin. They also make variations with pistachio, chocolate and gianduja but I certainly would recommend the classic one. The best part is the basic dough which stands out for not being overly sweet. Classic Hollandaise has a well-balanced taste. They also have other excellent products (for example croissants, small pastries and savory snacks). Highly recommended

Storica pasticceria di Novi Ligure. Famosa e buonissima la sua Olandesina.

Sono anni che ogni tanto ci vado una delle cose più buone e l'olandesina

Buono l'aperitivo con stuzzichini, davvero lunghissimo il servizio ai tavoli

Sempre bello venirci a colazione e nn solo 👌😊
