The sandwich with beef tartare at the wine bar in Rome, Semidivino, was a true gastronomic experience. The flavors blend perfectly, with the freshness of the raw meat harmonizing beautifully with the liveliness of the mustard, the tang of the gherkins, and the freshness of the spinach. Each bite is a symphony of flavors that combine extraordinarily, delivering an unforgettable culinary experience.
L'ambiente dell'enoteca ha un suo carattere e ti riporta indietro nel tempo verso gli inizi degli anni 70 quando esistevano le cantine di mescita. Il rapporto prezzo qualità non è equilibrato e l'ho trovato troppo sbilanciato sul prezzo ovverosia è un posto caro direi. Molto difficile trovare parcheggio nella zona di via Alessandria ma del resto questa non è una novità.
