Fonte Romana si riconferma ancora una volta un ristorante di altissima qualità in un ambiente fiabesco dove il servizio è accogliente e familiare. Qualità della materia eccellente con prodotti tipici cucinati con grande maestria. Una cucina regionale gustosa ma al contempo digeribile.
Assolutamente consigliato anzi mi rammarico di essere molto distanti perché sarebbe un ristorante in cui andremmo abitualmente.

In the middle of the Majella ⛰️, immersed in a forest with bright autumn colors 🍁, the Fonte Romana restaurant 🍽 appears like an oasis of peace and relaxation. The typical November foliage, the roar of the small stream and the lake will accompany the visitor to the structure, which has outdoor stations and internal tables. The welcoming fireplace 🔥 will make you immediately feel at ease and ready to eat home-made meals.
The appetizers were good (including cured meats, ricotta, tripe and peppers), the polenta, sausage and scamorza and the mushroom chitarrina 🍄. The cuts of wild boar 🐗 and lamb are well cooked.
A nice walk under the colorful beech trees will help you digest while enjoying the view.

Small restaurant immersed in the Fonte Romana woods. Really tasty food, staff are very friendly and helpful. We had lunch for two, taking guitar with lamb sauce, ravioli with ricotta, butter and sage. Instead, as a second course, wild boar steak and sausages.

Posto molto bello ed accogliente immerso nella natura. Piatti genuini dall antipasto al dolce, carne buonissima con ottima cottura. Dal momento che si sta così bene prendiamo in considerazione anche le varie intolleranze e diamo la certezza matematica anche alle persone con qualche problema alimentare.
