For some time now the management has passed to a new generation who has brought a breath of fresh air and change, without however abandoning tradition, prestige and the exceptional quality of the products. A place renovated in every sense, rearranged and designed to accommodate the bar corner which, considering the variety of biscuits, donuts and croissants, immediately captures both the sight and the taste buds. The convenience of purchasing excellent and always fresh products while sipping an excellent spritz is a huge added value for those who, like me, are not so used to spending a lot of time thinking about shopping.... excellent compromise to make it weigh less :) The staff is always friendly and smiling, the place is spotless and extremely welcoming, bright, fresh and dynamic. The new manager, Federico, has added a small bar corner to the bakery with few but high quality products. Noteworthy is the coffee, which is prepared with a steam machine produced by an artisan company. The sweet pastries, small items and savory products are produced directly by the local bakery laboratory. In this case, special credit goes to the yoghurt plum cake. I only give four stars to the service since the guys don't come from a bar experience, but from many other equally valid realities, so if you see them a little confused at times, have patience, they are giving their best! A visit is really worth it.

Historic oven in the center of the town of Vergato, typical and non-typical products of high quality and freshness, the pizza by the slice is excellent and I often take it for a snack or for breakfast. Well done, well done. Recommended to take a tour for those who don't know it yet. Let's hope it doesn't close and cease this essential activity.
