Gelateria Choccolatte In Firenze

Gelato is very good! best gelato in florence maybe. The hot chocolate is not very good, unless you just want hot chocolate sauce in a cup with no milk/water added. Tastes like a hot chocolate fountain. The service also isnt good, the lady isnt explicitly rude but she does have a bad attitude.

It’s quite small, but not cramped. Really fun steampunk vibe, and the food is amazing! The crêpe are super good (they make them the way they’re made in France), great gelato and drinks too. The staff is fantastic too. Absolutely would recommend!

Before returning home, we decide to stop and eat a crepe. The billboard shows the price of €5.50 for crêpes, but also for pancakes and waffles. Kind and approachable girl at the counter. Nor do we take two, one with Nutella and added cream, the other with dark chocolate and cream too. Very good and well made crepe. What leaves us speechless is the price: the receipt states "2 x 5.50 crepes, 2 x 0.50 Nutella, 2 x 0.50 Topping" At first we think of cream as an added ingredient, but why the words "Nutella" and "Topping"? What does this mean, that an empty crepe costs 5.50, that any topping costs 0.50 and that extra cream costs another 0.50? So each crêpe costs €6, cream not included, or 5.50? We honestly don't understand... Maybe we'll come back and ask for explanations, if no admin responds here. It's not so much for the fifty cents, but perhaps the price list is unclear.

The crepes are very good and there is great variety. The place is very nice. The price is slightly high but being in the center of Florence it is understandable. Furthermore, this place stays open until late so you can also stop by for a sweet treat after dinner.

Ho preso una coppetta mascarpone e nutella con topping al cioccolato bianco aggiunto su mia richiesta, ed era davvero buonissima. E' sicuramente una delle migliori gelaterie di Firenze (e fidatevi che ne ho provate tante).

The ice cream was tasty. The shop is not accessible for me and there was no table service but after a call to the shop a kind woman came out and took me an ice cream. It was her own choice to use such kindness and I really want to thank her here.

The best!! Better than others more famous.. for sure our top 1 so far!! Pistachio and salted caramel: amazing!

Ci siamo fermati per una sosta golosa e improvvisa... Crepes alla Nutella e pancakes con sciroppo strabuoni. Ciliegina sulla torta la ragazza al bancone, gentilissima e veloce a prepare tutto. Coccole anche ai miei due Jack Russell (nel pieno rispetto delle norme igieniche).
