In my opinion it has made a name for itself over the years but now it lives on income. The quality of the ice cream is no longer excellent but the cost is decidedly high.

I've been going to Ciacci since I was a child living in the neighborhood and it has always been delicious. We usually supply ourselves with ice cream in the summer and cakes for our birthdays, now it's a must. Everything was very good and the staff were always very kind!

I gladly come back when I can to this ice cream shop, always tidy, always good and in step with the times even in tastes... Friendly and helpful staff, prices are normal... Congratulations...

Good ice cream and original flavors!

The ice cream is good, there is no shadow of a doubt about this, but the offer of ice cream shops in Turin has expanded greatly over the years... and also with high quality products. I agree with many about the lack of education of the boys and girls who serve at the counter (not all of them of course), but too many seem annoyed by the people in front of them... it can be felt... and a lot! But the biggest problem (for me), is the price related to the size/quantity; a medium cone at €3 and with the obligation of only two flavors is a problem, but it is even more so if the portion of the two flavors is so small as to make it inconceivable.
