21/03/2024: My experience at [sem's] Pizzeria was simply delicious and memorable. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a lively and welcoming atmosphere that immediately caught my attention. The environment was inviting, with a touch of authenticity that could be felt in the classic furnishings and the scents that wafted in the air. I opted for a choice of dishes that allowed me to savor a wide range of Italian flavors and unique culinary traditions. To start, I enjoyed a plate of Mexican spaghetti, a delicious interpretation that expertly combined the soft texture of the pasta with a sauce rich in spices and aromas. It was a promising start that prepared the palate for the rest of the meal. As a second course, I opted for tripe with borlotti beans, a dish that really impressed with its authenticity and taste. The tripe was impeccably prepared, soft and succulent, with the pinto beans adding a hint of creaminess and earthy flavour. It was a dish that highlighted the chef's culinary mastery and transported me straight into Italian food traditions. To accompany this delicious meal, I chose a glass of Chianti, which turned out to be the perfect companion to enhance the flavors of the dishes. The Chianti was well balanced, with fruity notes and a robust character that complemented the gastronomic experience beautifully.
