Before tasting their Fondant Chocolate ice cream, I didn't know it was chocolate ice cream. It's simply the first time I've eaten ice cream with a real chocolate flavor. Exceptional!

03/09/2023: Excellent pastry shop in Poncarale. In a secondary street, but still busy. The pastries and brioches are very good! A great merit of this pastry shop is the fact that all their products are lactose-free! Perfect for those who have milk protein intolerance problems. The service is very friendly and the owners are kind and competent! Highly recommended!
