Somehow, after my travel I remembered a lot of times back to this delicious Pasta with Fennel and Sardines I ate when I was there. Really well cooked!
Only critic point, besides the Pastas the portion size of some dishes are really too small. For example the artichoke is more like an expensive appetizer.

A really good restaurant if you’re looking to try some very unique and interesting flavors as well as some of the most popular dishes from Arigento including the seafood cous cous and a variation of the fennel sardine pasta.
Very tasty food, but even with a shared appetizer we left hungry. Portions could be a bit bigger.
Other than that, we enjoyed our experience.
Friendly, fast and efficient service. Available also in English in addition to Italian.
Payments accepted with cash or card.
Reservations can be made online or by telephone.
Note some dishes such as the seafood cous cous are only available on specific days.
Handicap friendly and wheelchair accessible.
Parking can be tricky but not impossible.
Menu is online only, scannable with a QR code at the table.
Vegetarian options available.
Baby chairs available for children.
We were here a month ago, excellent experience.
Excellent impression immediately when they brought us water in glass bottles, which is rare in Sicily, it usually arrives in plastic.
I had couscous with seafood, very good.
My friend ordered veal cheek cooked at low temperature.
I tasted it, truly exceptional, a masterpiece.
Not a wide choice of wines, we took the Grillo, good.

Being hosted by Ginger was a wonderful experience. Each course is delicious, especially given the combination of Sicilian food with a touch of African cuisine that gives wonderful flavors. Obviously we cannot fail to talk about the restaurant project, a cooperative that promotes the inclusion of people with a migratory background and people with disabilities, giving the feeling of having created a real family. A beautiful project that should be emulated on a large scale!

Small but really nice place located close to the historic center.
The food has many flavors of exotic cuisine, with many spices and particular aromas.
The courteous and attentive service.
The environment is pleasant and creates serenity.
The prices are a little higher than average, even if the food is of quality and delicious.

Excellent food and wonderful service! The veal dish was incredible, very flavourful food that is a fusion of Senegalese and Sicilian. One of our favourite meals in Sicily, props to the very talent chef :)

Un'esplosione di sapori. Ho gustato tutto. Fusion di cucina senegalese (mi pare) e siciliana, ma il risultato è un ottimo abbinamento di spezie e prodotti locali. Ovviamente ci ritornerò

Ho mangiato diverse volte al Ginger è sempre benissimo.
La mia recensione è per un corso di cucina organizzato dalla Chef Mareme Cisse.
Corso molto interessante sulla preparazione del cous cous, ben organizzato, Mareme molto brava, atmosfera davvero piacevole ed alla fine degustazione dei piatti preparati dai corsisti.
Sono stato proprio bene in questo pomeriggio/serata al Ginger.
