I can't come to this restaurant very often because I no longer live in Cagliari, but every time I return to my city I also stop by here!
The place is very nice, always clean, simple but well furnished.
I really like the idea of the open kitchen.
Staff always very kind and helpful.
Of course, in terms of food, they are always excellent, they vary a lot with the ingredients and recipes. I have always appreciated everything!

Tasty vegan dishes, I thought the carbonara had a bit too much sauce. What really bothers me is the alarm on the oven in the kitchen, you can hear it really loudly.
Tastiest, creamiest vegan cappucino ever.
I would definitely go back to try the other dishes.

We went to Gintilla because it was recommended to us by a friend and it did well ☺️ we ate very, very well, refined dishes and presented equally well.
Yes it is located in the center in a nice and welcoming street to take a walk.
Discreet and not at all intrusive service.
We will be back and highly recommend.

Gintilla is a restaurant with attention to the smallest details, trained staff, quick cooks and refined preparations with delicious flavours. The place is really beautiful, it gives you peace and tranquility, especially suitable for those who are not vegan and can try to immerse themselves in this world.

Seeing a vegan restaurant so full of people is wonderful... the menu was delicious with beautiful generous courses... a perfect exaltation of flavours... the bill was also more than honest we had an appetizer, two first courses and two desserts in we spent around 50 euros... (in northern Sardinia we would have only bought water at that price😅)
I hope to return and taste other dishes from your spectacular menu. Congratulations again. Unesco heritage chocolate cake.
