This is a house I found near the altar of the motherland. The pizza was so delicious and they even provided service since it was the last day of my trip! It’s cheap at 6 euros for 1 slice of pizza and a drink.

The best pasta I have had in Italy and the ultra-cheap price. We ate a plate of pasta + drink and two calzone + drink, €13. Go, don't hesitate

We were too hungry to take pictures but even pictures would not do the food any justice, one must go and try the food him/herself!! We ordered the gnochi with pesto and mozarella, calzone with mozarella and tomato, and pizza with spicy salami and mushrooms!

The place is highly recommended, we went several times, we tried the pizzas, lasagna and noodles, all delicious and affordable. The owner and employees are very friendly.

The pizza was delicious, pricing very fair, and close to Trevi Fountain/Roman Forum. Would stop by again if in Rome.

Bon, efficace, peu cher, pratique juste à côté de la colonne de Trajan mais attention aux mouettes agressives qui vous attendent à la sortie pour vous piquer votre déjeuner !!!

Bien placé, bon petit repas sans chichi , grand choix de pizza très bonne , pâte au pesto excellente, un très bon rapport qualité prix pour une pause rapide. Le personnel super sympa . N’hésitez pas une seconde.

02/04/2024: my friend and i had a really great experience at this restaurant! the owner Mauro and the staff were really friendly and attentive and went great lengths to communicate with us despite the language barrier and provided us with amazing service! the food was great and the vibes were homey—we really enjoyed the pecorano appetizer, the carbonara, and the cacio e pepe tartufato. if you’re ever in the Trastevere area, i’d really recommend visiting—it’s a hidden gem 🩷
29/03/2024: Happened by chance because it was out of the way from my neighborhood (Eur). Nice atmosphere, generous and well-cooked dishes with appreciable excursions into Egyptian cuisine, very reasonable prices. If I return to Monteverde I will stay here again.
