I went there for dinner by chance with a friend, we ate burgers that they recommended to us and they were amazing. I had to take it well cooked and it still remained very soft and juicy. I recommend anyone passing by Figline to go and get a burger

Small Texan-style restaurant located at the end of the Figline square, also accessible to disabled people (not for the bathroom) with parking nearby.
It offers a Texan-style menu of sandwiches in two sizes (normal 100g of meat and xl 200g) and sausages in which both the meat and the bread are produced by them.
The meat is of high quality and undergoes lengthy processing so not all sandwiches are available every evening.
There were two of us and we took two large sandwiches, a pulled pork (phenomenal, you can feel the difference from others) and a Texan pastrami with bacon (really excellent) accompanied by a fried potato (light and very tasty) with their own BBQ sauce production and two medium beers (very good, light and not very gaseous).
Good quality/price because you can feel the difference from other places and you can feel that they put effort and dedication into their work so it is right to pay for quality.
Super recommended also for takeaway but you have to book.
However, it would be advisable to have the kitchen close to the place to bring the trays without going out also because when it rains it's not the best, the sandwich paper would be better than foil so as not to break and maybe it would be even better to eat on plates but that's the least .
Oh ps. Anything you add to sandwiches like bacon, lettuce, tomatoes etc. It's €0.50 more than in the pulled pork, there's no need to add because it already has everything sauces included😉

Without words! The quality of the food and the knowledge and passion dedicated by the owner to the meat, more than carefully selected for the customers, are incredible and impeccable! A very good unforgettable sandwich! Just for info I had a Texan pastrami sandwich with chips on the side but I can't attach photos because I had already devoured everything. Meat and beers are of excellent quality, highly recommended!!! Good, keep going this way!!

Piccolo locale in stile texano posto in fondo alla piazza di Figline, accessibile anche a un disabile (non x il bagno) con parcheggio nelle vicinanze.
Offre un menù in stile texano di panini in due taglie (normale e xl) e salsicce in cui sia la carne che il pane sono di loro produzione.
La carne é di qualità e subisce delle lavorazioni lunghe quindi non tutte le sere sono disponibili tutti i panini.
Noi eravamo in due e abbiamo preso due panini xl, un pulled pork (fenomenale, si sente la differenza da altri) e un pastrami texano con bacon (davvero ottimo) accompagnato da una patata fritta (leggera e ben saporita) con salsa bbq di loro produzione e due birre medie (molto buone, leggere e non tanto gassose).
Qualità/prezzo buona perché si sente la differenza da altri locali e si sente che nel loro lavoro ci mettono impegno e dedizione quindi é giusto pagare la qualità.
Super consigliato anche da asporto ma dovete prenotare.
Sarebbe però opportuno avere la cucina vicino al locale per portare i vassoi senza uscire anche perché quando piove non é il massimo e magari sarebbe ancora meglio mangiare in dei piatti ma quello é il meno.
Ah ps. Tutto quello che aggiungete nei panini tipo bacon, insalata, pomodori ecc. sono 0.50€ in più che nel pulled pork non serve aggiungere perché ha giá tutto salse incluse😉

It is worth a visit, the quality of the products is truly excellent above average raw material, the owner is very kind and explains every single detail of what you are going to eat. The flavors are clearly perceived by the taste. Nice atmosphere, slightly high prices but justified by the quality

Buns sandwich with Romanian pastrami, coleslaw salad, guacamole, gherkins and cheddar cheese! Got takeaway for dinner, delicious! He is super nice and knowledgeable about products, customer care and quality meat! Excellent and highly recommended!!! ☺️✌️

This place was so good we decided to open a Tripadvisor entry for it. It's an honest to God high quality Texan BBQ joint in a small village next to Florence, and they do not kid around. We had amazing pulled pork, bacon cheeseburger, a coleslaw brisket sandwich and a sort of burger with Toscan sausage inside. There was no miss here and we will absolutely come back to order larger portions if passing through in the future. They smoke the meat slowly and take the entire process very seriously including temperature, wood type etc'. They had to teach the local butcher what a brisket cut is (doesn't exist properly in Italy). They have 2 types of bourbons but will increase the selection in future. Prices extremely fair.
