Good cocktails, good aperitif and excellent service

Good morning, I'm speaking about the latest negative reviews against the manager of Gusto Lab. I witnessed the scene described by Mrs Laura, and in my opinion it greatly emphasized a gesture which had as its aim the organization of the buffet, since 2 other groups had arrived and to be fair it was necessary to give them space at the buffet (Mrs Laura's group was was one of the first, he had already provided the buffet). Having said this, I am referring to the lady who wrote the first review: TO AN ACTION, THERE IS ALWAYS A REACTION. If you discredit the manager on Google with a negative review, why does the manager respond to you by listing his reasons and you don't accept them? I don't understand the anger and fury he put into involving his friends and causing other negative reviews to be written. If she is satisfied now....she can have peaceful dreams.

I am making this review because I liked the place and it made a Saturday night and a 50th birthday evening unforgettable. Really friendly staff and excellent quality food. We stayed until closing as there was music playing. I have to say that I don't agree with the previous reviews. The owner was very nice and kind to us. I absolutely recommend. Thank you all. Elena

Excellent dinner, everything was very good!!! pity that due to complaints from the neighborhood there was no musical evening.... but highly recommended

Venue suitable for all types of parties, birthdays, graduations etc. Excellent Apulian cuisine, both for dinner and for the lunch break!

Ho festeggiato la mia laurea al Just Gusto Lab, con un’apericena a buffet seguita da una serata danzante con dj e musica. È stata esattamente la festa che desideravo e forse anche qualcosa in più! Il buffet - tutto di loro produzione - era abbondante, molto vario e di alta qualità. Il personale è stato gentile e preciso anche nell’accogliere le richieste relative ad alcune intolleranze alimentari, con ricchissimi taglieri ad hoc per le persone interessate. Anche la torta era buonissima e i drink ottimi! E poi la bellezza del locale: grande, ben curato e dispone di eleganti sale private. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi volesse organizzare feste private! Sicuramente ci ritornerò anche in altre occasioni, per un aperitivo o per una cena. Complimenti!

Abundant aperitif....quality within the norm.....that evening it was cold inside the place.....

It is the second time that I go to this beautiful place with my friends and I must say that it never disappoints... The owners are really welcoming, the cook is a very good and sweet lady who prepares tasty and accurate dishes. The price is very good and right! I highly recommend it. Definitely try the prawns with onion, they are truly delicious.

Very friendly staff, food quite good but not much for my tastes. The environment is nice and clean. Overall I liked it.
