Incredible food and great atmosphere. Would 100% recommend if you're looking for authentic food in the city ! Very friendly waiters and the house wine was great.

Could not fault this place. So good we went twice on our recent trip (March 2024) Helena and team are first class and the food matches. Highly recommend if you get the chance!!! You won't be disappointed. The Oxtail was beautiful. All our pasta dishes and starters and puddings were ❤️ Food Heaven. Helena even took time to speak to us. Grazie mille.

Corner of the Rome of the past where you can taste authentic Roman cuisine. After the appetizer, stracciatella with anchovies and cherry tomatoes was decidedly delicious and served with care, a satisfying and spectacular carbonara where the ingredients were assembled together like the gears of a clock. Returning will be almost a duty!

We went last night with 6 people. Small Hosteria, but abundant and succulent dishes. The problem is that you book with TheFork but the owner says he hasn't received the confirmation. Therefore the risk is that you don't have a table, as happened to us last night, but then the manager calls you back, while you are outside the restaurant looking for another restaurant and tells you that a table has become free. Too bad that you pay the bill in full and without the 20% TheFork discount. I sent a report to TheFork, which confirmed the validity of my booking and to this end will contact the manager for explanations. Maybe it was a coincidence, I don't want to think that he uses this game to distance himself from TheFork and cheat the customers! Sometimes we get caught up in thinking badly. Be careful!

La Vera Cucina Romana a lettere maiuscole. Ad Hostaria Edmondo ci si sente a casa e soprattutto ci si sente felicemente lontani dal caos e dagli standard turistici. Cibo verace, delizioso, avvolgente; personale super gentile e disponibile; rapporto qualità prezzo top. Da ritornarci assolutamente!!!

In una serata di Derby calcistico, sono andato in compagnia in questo tipico locale di Roma, beee che dire sono anni che vivo a Roma, ne ho girate tante di trattorie, ma devo ammettere che questa è la numero 1°, forse un tantino sopra alla media sui prezzi, ma ne vale la pena, da provare assolutamente, complimenti, un ringraziamento al proprietario Michele, è grazie per gli amari offerti, persona veramente gentile.

Locale un po' piccolo ma ben messo. Personale gentile e subito pronto. Carbonara e gricia ben fatte e trippa buona. Buono il rapporto qualita'/prezzo e quindi locale da consigliare.

Ristorante piccolo con 1 venticinquina di posti,personale simpatico ,attento ,servizio molto veloce: eravamo in 2 :ordinato 1 pasta al sugo di coda da dividerci al 50%,poi IO trippa e l'altro amico carne in umido contorno patate arrosto.Acqua e 1/2 litro di vino rosso.... per dolce 2 crostate di ricotta e visciole,2 caffe' speso 53 euro in 2 ci ritorneremo si mangia romano.

Scelto come ristorante tipico romano per una cena di lavoro con colleghi di Milano grandi estimatori della buona cucina romana. Tutto nella norma con ottima scelta di primi classici ( cacio e pepe, amatriciana…carbonara ) e dei secondi ( trippa coda alla vaccinara…) Prezzo onesto e servizio eccellente .
