Posto carino, non immediatamente intuitivo sul “come abbinare i piatti”. Diciamo che per una neofita come me è stato un po’ spiazzante. Personale gentile ma poco comprensibile verbalmente. Andata con un amico, per entrambi la prima volta, abbiamo provato ad abbinare i piatti con poco successo, meglio saper prima cosa abbinare. Prodotti freschi e molta varietà. L’unica grande pecca è stata la puzza fastidiosissima di maiale bollito. Sicuramente essendoci tutto quel brodo su ogni tavolo sarà stato normale, ma era abbastanza intenso.

Ho ritrovato il questo locale i veri sapori e odori che ho sentito quando sono stato a Bangkok. La formula é all you can eat (compresa la frutta). Viene servito una pentola di brodo a scelta (vegetale, di carne, pollo, latte di cocco ecc...ecc...) riscaldata sul piano a induzione presente sul tavolo. Successivamente si posso scegliere tutti gli ingredienti a piacimento (tofu, manzo, pesce) swnza limiti da inserire nella pentola che si trovano in un frigo e le salse da inserire. Ci siamo trovati molto bene
