A small neighborhood restaurant for typical Roman cuisine. Welcome, cuisine and service everything was perfect for a competitive price. Decor from another time that feels good.

Our first night in Rome, and we arrived on the recommendation of the Airbnb host. Unfortunately we arrived 10:00pm and the service concluded 11:00pm. But the staff was super friendly and they provided us with service until 11:30. Always with kindness and we accepted the suggestion at our dinner. We ate rabbit, the menu of the day with meatballs, ravioli and some delicious desserts. It should be noted that the presentation of their dishes is not their thing, it has nothing to do with the good flavor of each dish. But as a suggestion, a prettier presentation per dish would be a good option. The prices are super affordable, especially considering the context of the area.

Ristorante in zona esquilino, a due passi da San Giovanni. Gentilezza indescrivibile e pesce freschissimo. Già dopo gli antipasti eravamo sazi ma non abbiamo rinunciato ad una grigliata di gamberoni buonissimi e freschissimi. Ottima la frittura. Il proprietario, Nino, ti fa sentire a casa. Da non perdere

07/04/2024: Beautiful venue, friendly and professional staff, excellent food..
27/03/2024: Although I couldn't taste it here, when I asked if it was possible to dine for one person, they did their best to accommodate me. He did not forget to apologize as there were not enough seats for one person. I can't forget that service, so I give it a score. It would definitely have been delicious.

03/04/2024: Excellent experience, we were welcomed by a trained and very smiling staff. My personal choice was the lasagna (uniquely delicious) and as a second course the lamb was truly tender and tasty. To make sure we didn't miss anything we also took desserts, I recommend the tiramisu which is so good in restaurants.
28/03/2024: I came across this truly typical place with genuine and simple cuisine with some friends. The waiters were nice and friendly. We will definitely be back.
