Weate here twice during our week in Soriano. The food was excellent.

Very well-kept location. Amazing food and amazing desserts

My family of 8 took a trip to Italy and visited this place almost every day of our stay in Soriano. We tried almost every dish on the menu between all 8 of us and the food did not disappoint!! The staff was so kind and nice to my family and was very accommodating to a peanut and tree nut allergy. They always made us feel welcomed whenever they were open and provided us with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my whole life! If I could rate this place 1,000,000 stars I would!

American tourist who stayed in Soriano for a week. Nothing but positive words for this place. If you love yourself, you’d eat here. The staff was SO NICE, even walking my parents to the hotel down the road when they had trouble finding it. The gentleman spoke some English and was very kind. The lady was also very kind and patient as my dad was committed to communicate in Italian via Google translate. They contributed to an amazing vacation and experience in an immense way, so much so that I might send them a Christmas card this year! Haha And the food? AMAZING. They easily accommodated our party of 8 night after night, including a person with a severe peanut and tree nut allergy! The prices are also very fair!!! As a family, we explored a decent amount of the menu during our stay. My highlights include the Broccoli and sausage bruschetta (Bruschetta broccoli e salsiccia) and the artichoke and bacon gnocchi (Gnocchi carciofi e guanciale). And eat the dessert! If you can’t tell, we loved this place. Great hours. Great service. Great food. My only regret is not eating here more during my stay. 1000/10

Food was good. A little confusion over ordering, but they were kind and helpful. Artichoke dumplings were delicious.

Today I found myself near Soriano del Cimino for work and I was looking for a restaurant, I found the Carolino restaurant, I confess I ate well and the lady who runs the restaurant was very kind and helpful, excellent

Ospitalità e cordialità al primo posto, disponibilità della proprietaria Stefania anche nel consigliare il menù, servizio attento e veloce dei camerieri fanno di questa location un luogo dove poter staccare dalla routine degustando ottimi piatti tipici Sorianesi e dei Monti Cimini

Che scoperta Il Carolino! Tutto buonissimo, ma la zuppa ceci e castagne veramente divina. Proprietaria molto gentile ed attenta al cliente, location curata e gradevole. Torneremo sicuramente.
