My wife and I stayed there about ten days ago for personal matters. The delicacy of the food "forced" us to book a B&B in the area for Easter, in order to return to savor the goodness of the various dishes. We appreciated, among other things, the novelty and honesty, in the menu, of including, for each course, the double price: that for the prized truffle and that for the scorzone (winter truffle). Renovated place with tables quite close to each other, basic service with waiters who speak few words even if asked for explanations about the dishes. Pretty good raw material cooked quite well, really generous portions of the first courses, homemade desserts, passable house wine. Overall quite good and excellent value for money.

Superlative truffle bruschetta and truffle omelette! The cold cuts are also 5 stars. The first ones were very good but I was already too full to enjoy them to the fullest. We will definitely be back to try more! Good service, friendly staff.

I had the pleasure of having lunch here at Beaver, it was simply extraordinary. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made my experience unforgettable, they have a unique truffle omelette, and it is undoubtedly a gastronomic gem, so I highly recommend this place to all lovers of high quality cuisine.

Siamo stati per un pranzo in famiglia. Locale stile anni 80 ma molto ben tenuto, personale simpaticissimo e cordiale, attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Cibo di qualità con prezzi contenuti. Ottimi i primi e la frittata con il tartufo. La sfogliatina con la crema chantilly é eccezionale.

raramente metto 5pallini ma questa volta devo dire soddisfatto in tutto. Complice una bella giornata di sole, locale ampio, arredamento moderno con grandi travi in legno a vista, molto luminoso essendo circondato da ampie vetrate. Servizio impeccabile, molto veloce nonostante numerose persone presenti. Ti viene portato un bel cestino con pane caldo fatto di una farina quasi integrale, poco salato. Ottimi i primi, molto abbondanti ed anche le carno, tartufo, cinghiale, agnello e capriolo presenti sul menù. Buonissimo il vino sfuso un Montefalco. Perfetti anche i dolci. Per cui rimane da parlare del conto, i primi sugli 8euro, i secondo sui 12euro....dolci sui 4euro insomma in 4 una spesa totale di 117euro per crostini iniziali, frittatina con tartufo, 4 primi, 2 secondi, 1 dolce, 2 sorbetti, 4 caffè, acqua e vino...consigliatissimo !!!! Trovi anche tozzetti fatti localmente e miele da acquistare oltre ad altri dolci tipici da intingere con il vin santo oppure con il thè.
