You go from dishes that spread new unknown flavours, to others who, soft and gentle, amaze and caress all the senses. It means that you are faced with something really deserving and intimate. The rabbit was amazing and we discovered a new way to enjoy the spaghetti and shellfish, the Green Zone were close to perfection. The only flaw, on the service, you must have the best and unfortunately we did not receive it. I’d suggest the women at the entrance to improve a more warm welcoming and not talk to each other so loud. Precious and valuable wine list.

Very beautiful location. The service is average for a starred one. The price is higher than the category average. The food did not live up to my expectations. Ni🫥

What can I say, it's not a random Michelin star, on the contrary super deserved for a high-level tasting menu in an extra-luxury but at the same time comfortable environment as if you were at home... Excellent service, impeccable staff, a delicious pre-dessert , the typical scratcher, the waiter comes to the table with an ice crusher and makes it on the spot, scenic and very very good... a spectacular view of the Gulf of Naples, a place that makes you dream

Ristorante già conosciuto dagli ispettori della guida Michelin , i quali pero’ si ostinano a non capire che è ormai giunto il momento di assegnare le 2 stelle Michelin. Sono ormai anni che lo chef Salvatore Bianco, utilizza la qualità degli ingredienti per incantare, con l’armonia dei sapori, i fortunati clienti che hanno l’opportunità di scoprire ed assaggiare gli originali piatti proposti con padronanza di tecnica e di ingenio.E’ sicuramente una cucina eccellente. Eccezionale è, invece, la location e l’ambiente che ospita il ristorante, che viene impreziosita dalla qualità del personale di sala che con grande personalità e professionalità trasformano una semplice cena in un esperienza indimenticabile. Chiarisco il concetto: non è piu’una cucina di grande qualità che merita una sosta, ma UNA CUCINA ECCEZIONALE che MERITA UNA DEVIAZIONE.

decided to spend our last night in this fantastic restaurant. The setting is very nice on the top floor of the Hotel and overlooking the bay. The 3 menus are a little varied and quite different in price but in the current climate acceptable. The food was very tasty and did question our taste buds in a different way. Experimental. The service was OK although the waiters were a bit quick to remove plates and cutlery from my partner while I was still eating! Overall a lovely eating experience

I expected better, I like going to starred restaurants, so I can give a sensible opinion, but the Commandante greatly disappointed me in terms of food, service and location.

The wine cellar is impressive. Rare selection according to the expectations of the territory, but choice of the best international ones

I went for my family member's 18th birthday, a truly wonderful experience, attentive and precise staff. All the dishes were fantastic, from the amouse bouche to the small pastries and they even treated us to a cake! Absolutely coming back!

I honestly don't understand some of the negative reviews! A well-deserved Michelin star for a high-level tasting menu (evolution) in an extra-luxury environment. Excellent service, original pre-dessert (grattachecca), superlative the spaghetti "mimicking truffle". The Ischia-style rabbit and the egg in purgatory are a little extreme (in taste). Watch out for the price...almost two Michelin stars...but in that context, it fits.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen eines Abendessen bei unserem Besuch in Neapel. Wir waren gleichermaßen überzeugt von der Kreativität der Küche und der Qualität des Service. Das Menü „evoluzione“ versucht eine neue Interpretation der italienischen bzw. kampanischen Küche, welche bei unserem Besuch sehr gut gelang, besonders der Austernschaum ist positiv zu erwähnen. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die durchaus gehobenen Preise, gerade in Bezug auf Wein. Nichtsdestotrotz aber eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.
