Stunning location...average food...but really slow service...

We found ourselves in this restaurant, partly by chance, partly by luck. The parking is very convenient and allows you to access the restaurant directly despite the pouring rain, in our case. The restaurant is very beautiful and impressive, perfectly renovated keeping the vaults and stone walls intact, which I greatly appreciated. It was a wonderful surprise, however unexpected, I love this type of location. The menu is varied but not too much, which is a very positive thing for me. I don't particularly like restaurants that have too many things on the menu. For my children we opted for a potato gnocco with white ragù, while my husband and I opted for spring ravioli with courgette flowers, bacon and ricotta and umbricelli cacio e pepe. All very good and appreciated by all 4! Genuine and authentic flavours, a delight for the eyes but above all for the palate! Special mention for the staff! Super kind and helpful! We had a "technical inconvenience", so to speak, having 2 2 year old children, which they promptly resolved by creating a changing table for us in the bathroom. Typical Umbrian restaurant with a welcoming and particular atmosphere. Very refined dishes for customers who want to eat well, perhaps spending a little more but with great satisfaction to the palate.

Pranzo conviviale che si ripete ogni anno dopo il Covid. Antipasti eccellenti fritti e caldi , primo: cappellacci del prete con crema di formaggi e noci, secondo: capocollo arrosto all'umbra e patate al forno al rosmarino. Dolce caffè liquori a scelta. Tavoli apparecchiati benissimo, ambiente unico e caloroso, servizio celere che ha sempre raddoppiato l'offerta. Da tornarci

Locale molto bello ,personale gentile ambiente ben riscaldato .Porzioni diciamo nella norma tendente allo scarso.Il pollo di mio marito era freddo.Il mio coniglio tiepido.
