Tonight for the first time, we were served by another famous pizzeria that disappointed us, we ordered from Gilda's son. The courier who delivered the pizzas to us didn't find us immediately unfortunately the house numbers on Via Verrotti are a mess However, he was very kind and apologized many times (forgiven without even saying it). The pizza was excellent, hot, with the crust as we like it, not greasy, really good! Tomato spread evenly and not acidic. We have decided where we will order at home for the next time. We ordered round and fried pizzas for a family dinner with home delivery. ..all really excellent with honorable mention for the supplì and croquettes. Punctual delivery with friendly and smiling staff. We will order again

In a world full of Neapolitan pizzerias (which I love, but sometimes you have to change) a nice pizza (or even small pan pizzas) with a bit of rich, firm dough is needed every now and then. Special pizzas!!

I grew up eating Mrs. Gilda's delicious pizzas, a skill inherited from her son who prepares crunchy and delicious round pizzas, calzones, plated pizzas and many other delicacies to be consumed on the spot or ordered. Over time I have become intolerant to starchy foods and yeasts so I can only eat well-leavened pizzas without problems and these are because I have never had problems with bloating or anything else.
