It's easy to say that it was good, that it was good, and that they are kind. Instead, I want to say that I was exceptionally amazed by all of this. I come from Lombardy where there is no human relationship with the presentation of food. At the Gatto e la volpe Giancarlo, Maddalena, Daniele, Rosella and all the dining room and kitchen staff, I found professionalism, education, great experience in making the guest feel...at home. Umbria is a welcoming and gentle land and Il Gatto e la Volpe embody its principles. I will bring the memory of these wonderful people to Lombardy. Very good pizza, good service, fair price

Per noi è sempre una ottima scelta. Tutto perfetto: Giancarlo attento e gentile, Daniele delizioso, martedì 6 febbraio abbiamo avuto l'occasione di conoscere Maddalena, moglie del patron Giancarlo, che dire ottima chef! We came across this restaurant by chance. The atmosphere is informal. You feel like you're entering a friends' tavern, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The food is a surprise. Excellent, plentiful and affordable. Service is attentive, never intrusive and friendly. especially with our bulldog 🥰I highly recommend it
