Excellent experience, everything excellent at honest prices for being in the center of Florence, with high quality quality and attention to raw materials, the service (ardison) is also excellent, always very courteous and kind. The only flaw, which is somewhat typical throughout Italy, is the poorly maintained sanitary fixtures, with the toilet without a seat and a little dirty, also due to a lack of attention from customers. Recommended for tourists and non-tourists.

Locale ben arredato, spazioso e pulito. Personale super gentile, sempre con il sorriso e super veloce. Cucina da favola, abbiamo mangiato due primi. Da leccarsi i baffi. Prezzo nella norma dato il luogo e il nome che ha il locale. Dovete provarlo ! Anche se vedete fila, fermatevi perché aspetterete meno di quanto vi dica il maitre, sono davvero veloci.

This was our first lunch in Florence and we returned for our last lunch five days later. The guy making pasta lulled us in and despite being in a tourist-y area, we had two great meals with great service. I’ve never had these giant gnocci/ravioli things before but they are one of the best things I’ve ever had. I had the cheese ones with meat sauce on the first lunch and the potato ones with meat sauce on the last day. My husband had pasta with their house meat sauce and that was excellent too. OMG….You must try these. YUM! Service was great. Food was great. Ambience is very nice. I’d come back here every week if I could!

30/03/2024: Best pizza we had in Italy! Chef Puya and waiter Nicola were fantastic and so kind. We were getting married while in Florence and they were so happy for us! The pizza here is delicious, filling but doesn't make you feel bloated at all! We went here 3x during our time in Florence and it was one of the highlights of our elopement/honeymoon. Thank you Gustarium Firenze for your 5 star service and food! We miss you guys!

05/04/2024: The best ice cream in Florence is actually opened by my Taiwanese wife! ! Delicious, highly recommend the chocolate milk flavor, super rich!
05/04/2024: This place was so authentic with the gelato in steel tins. I loved the atmosphere and the gelato was even better. Would go back and recommend.
