Stopped by on a Thursday evening and the food was really good, freshly made and authentic to Roman cuisine in the heart of Abruzzo. The owner Luigi was very helpful suggesting dishes our party would enjoy and we did enjoy them. I would recommend this restaurant and I will come again, thank you.

Perfect... we had a carbonara worthy of being called such and a Vaccinara type thing with meat that melts in the mouth due to its tenderness and a sauce that is difficult to find around given how good and balanced it was. Right amount if not abundant. They were also very kind and knowing it was my birthday they offered me a cake with a candle.
Value for money rating 10. The prices are normal but more than excellent compared to the quality of the dishes.
Recommended and I would return. If you want to make a good impression and/or a nice Roman style meal you are in the right place.

I had dinner with my partner in this restaurant, who, having Roman origins, wanted a place that cooked exclusively typical Roman cuisine.
We were delighted both with everything we ate and with the owners who are exceptional!
For a couple of hours it was like returning to our Magical Rome!
We will become regular customers.

For those who don't want to travel 250 km to eat a proper cacio e pepe. Very pleasant surprise: finding a corner of Rome in Abruzzo. Excellent value for money and I have eaten the best oxtail in 30 years of life, I can only thank the chef Mauro!

Il menù è chiaramente orientato alla cucina romanesca e i classici piatti ci sono tutti. Come prima volta sono andato sul sicuro con carbonara e abbacchio e devo dire che fanno meritare una nuova visita per provare il resto dei piatti. Anche il carciofo fritto nell' antipasto davvero ben fatto. Servizio iper veloce. Il locale avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata.

Ottimo ristorante abbiamo pranzato di passaggio a Francavilla al Mare, proprietario cordiale e simpatico, antipasto con carciofo fiori di zucca e suppli molto buoni, gricia fantastica, filetto alla griglia nella norma, forse al filetto avrei fatto un contorno un po più consistent, ma tutto ok prezzo giusto .
