When I'm in Ravenna with friends, Il Matterello is a regular stop! Simply fantastic, fresh pasta, more than spot on combinations. Very generous portions, every time we struggle to finish the Flemish ones (also because we take 3 portions...a little exaggerated perhaps), but it's really worth it. The owner is really nice and approachable! Every time I also make a nice take away of fresh pasta to take to relatives. Urcion with bacon, porcini mushrooms and fossa & Cappelletti alla sancho are my favourites!

È già la seconda volta che vengo e le tagliatelle della nonna sono decisamente insuperabili. Posto semplice, ma genuino.

Excellent quality pasta factory. It sells typical local pasta and you can also have lunch. The dishes are plentiful and delicious. Leave room for desserts to crown a lunch in Romagna to remember!

More Romagna than that!!! Just outside Ravenna you will find this little restaurant where you can taste fresh homemade pasta from the Romagna tradition, from cappelletti to tagliatelle, from strozzapreti to mumps. But before a good plate of pasta, a bit of salami with squaquerone with piadina and fried gnocco is fine 😉 We didn't take the second course because we were already full after the first course, but you never say no to a dessert at the end of a meal 😊 Intimate venue with few seats, takeaway available.

Stavo andando da Ravenna a Russi e nel percorso mi sono imbattuto in questa trattoria dove vi erano tante auto posteggiate nel parcheggio. Ho deciso di entrare e ho assaporato le tagliatelle della nonna al ragù che mi hanno veramente soddisfatto per la bontà dei prodotti tutti fatti rigorosamente in casa. Buoni anche gli straccetti, ma sicuramente passerò ad assaggiare gli altri primi che sono i migliori mangiati nell’arco dei 30km. Da deviare il percorso per passare di qui.
