Amazing gnocchi with ragout. The guinea fowl is also good and the mattonella is also good for dessert.

If it were possible to give 10 stars I would definitely give them. I chose the Pentagramma restaurant for a parish lunch. There were about forty of us, and we all left the venue enthusiastically. Excellent food, service and courtesy of a starred restaurant, delightful environment not to mention the value for money. I was very happy to have chosen it and I hope to be able to return soon. Cozy and welcoming place with friendly and practical staff. Fast service and well presented and cooked dishes. I had the stewed cod, very delicate. Whoever was with me really enjoyed both the guinea fowl and the pork loin. The only flaw, but not a small one, was the mixed platter for three people taken as an appetizer. Excellent quality of the products, but, seeing also the single cutting board brought to the table next to ours, it was, in proportion, decidedly poor. Senza alcun dubbio uno dei migliori ristoranti di Spoleto! Da visitare assolutamente!!! La cucina Spoletina con la S maiuscola, rispetto della tradizione e occhio ai particolari. Troverete i migliori piatti cucinati con mano sapiente, dalla coratella alla strapazzata col tartufo, passando per fiori di zucca ripieni e panzanella della tradizione, salumi e formaggi tipici. Stessa passione che ritroverete nei primi e nei secondi, pasta fresca tirata a mano (da provare assolutamente le mezzelune ripiene di tartufo bianco al burro con spolverata di tartufo nero) e i tagli migliori di carni lavorate con estrema sapienza, faraona e lombello lardellato sono stati una vera scoperta. Inutile dire che sui vini e sui dolci (provate la mattonella) si casca strabene in egual modo. Menzione speciale per l'accoglienza e professionalità del proprietario e dello staff!

Tutto perfetto! Cibo buonissimo in una location veramente unica nel suo genere. Il cameriere descrive i piatti in maniera egregia e ti propone diverse soluzioni per assaggiare più cose. Il prezzo è un po' più alto della media ed è pienamente giustificato dalla qualità degli ingredienti e della cucina.
