We didn't think we would eat so well, the meat with sauce was a spectacle and the peculiarity of serving the coffee right from the machine was wonderful. Thanks for everything.

We found this Trattoria by chance on Google. Simple and welcoming environment, dishes cooked with simple and genuine ingredients. We ate chickpea and porcini soup, tagliatelle with asparagus and fried vegetables and sausages and ribs in sauce. Tozzetti and coffee served directly from the coffee maker Definitely a place to recommend Excellent value for money

Don't be fooled, even if the title is misleading the food is excellent. The guy who served us was very kind and very "easy going" (I took 1/4 of the wine and he added more hihihi) Then the price is very competitive given that you will never see prices like this again in 2024. In fact, he even discounted me 50cents NOT FROM EVERYONE Furthermore, drinking coffee with a mocha is an emotion

A small trattoria in the heart of Montefalco discovered by chance but immediately left an impression on the heart. Very rustic atmosphere, kind and approachable staff, abundant and traditional dishes, very honest prices! Highly recommended!

25/02/2024: Apollinare was a truly pleasant experience. This restaurant is located in the historic center of Spoleto, it is easy and convenient to reach even by car. The place is very intimate and elegant, it is dimly lit but this suits the overall atmosphere. As an appetizer I tried the typical local cod, very delicate and crunchy but not very tasty. Then we ate two first courses, duck plin, a particular type of pasta with an exquisite parmesan foam, and tortelloni filled with burrata with truffle and cherry tomato cream, both very good and tasty. For the second course we took a beef fillet with truffle, the meat was very tender and of excellent quality. The staff is very attentive and trained, but personally I found them a little cold in their relationship with the customer. Overall it is a good restaurant to eat good quality food.
