Everything was excellent, good quality food. Too bad about the service, some waiters seemed annoyed, as if they were annoyed by our arrival, throughout the dinner we felt out of place.

New headquarters of "Il Segreto di Pulcinella", excellent experience. Despite the long wait (1 hour, but it was Saturday), this pizzeria is worth a visit. Excellent dough and wide choice of classic, modern and gourmet pizzas. I recommend the Smoked Angus and the Gorgond'oca. Quick service, fair prices (around €16 each, with almost all gourmet pizzas). Very modern location not to my taste and very chaotic, unfortunately the sound-absorbing panels are not installed in the right place and therefore the noises are not well muffled. Convenient ample free parking. Recommended, but I wouldn't go back on Saturdays, only during the week!

Excellent pizza. The dough is really fantastic, light and fluffy. The raw materials used are also of high quality. The service was also good, very fast.

I have been to Segreto di Pulcinella several times and it has always been, despite the waiting time and the confusion of the many customers, one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten.

An orchestra out of time. KITCHEN Fantastic pizza and products, extremely good and top quality. Flavors and memories are rediscovered in the dishes. We note the research and valorization of local products. SERVICE The service, however, absolutely needs to be re-evaluated, it is not coordinated and out of time (it is no coincidence that this often happens). Polite but annoyed waiters, it almost seems like they don't like the fact that you are sitting at the table. Opening the wine doesn't really seem like something for them (it always happens now). Hurry to remove the dishes, "all you can eat treatment". LOCAL The place, however, is very nice even if static and with little personality, it is very reminiscent of a sushi restaurant. A bit chaotic, you can't even listen to the music in the background. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS In short, Pulcinella's secret has all it takes to grow in the future, we just need to pay much more attention to the service.

Excellent pizza but the pan is extraordinary...

Dopo aver fatto questa esperienza, penso di dover rivedere la mia personale classifica delle migliori pizzerie in Campania! Il mio giudizio è quello di una persona non del settore e quindi potrei sbagliarmi. A mio parere, non è il taglio “innovazione” che lo distingue, bensì la ricerca dell’armonia e dell’equilibrio dei sapori che si avvertono mangiando le sue pizze. Inutile ribadire l’eccellenza delle materie prime utilizzate. La base della pizza è perfetta come lievitazione e cottura. Siamo su livelli ALTISSIMI su tutto. Quello che mi piace davvero tanto è la rivalutazione dei prodotti del territorio sulla quale si concentra. Era di sabato sera quando siamo andati e le pizze ordinate, nonostante le sale piene, erano perfette. Non è una persona che mira a riempire e a far girare i tavoli, lui cura il cliente sempre. E’ vero che non accetta prenotazioni, il locale era pieno (circa 130 posti a sedere) ma ad essere sincera, c’è dietro uno staff talmente ben organizzato che il cliente non avverte alcun disagio alcuno. Certo se si hanno dei bimbi, è preferibile arrivare prima delle 20, anche per il parcheggio (per quello abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà), ma ripeto è fattibilissimo. Lui lavora serenamente al banco, senza stress. Il personale, cordialissimo, non ti mette fretta a liberare il tavolo e trascorri una bellissima serata anche di sabato sera. I dolci sono di loro produzione. In conclusione, è stata una così bella esperienza che non vediamo l’ora di ritornarvi! Il conto assolutamente in linea col prodotto offerto. Infine, c’è una sala grande, e poi due salette più piccole e ha una buona carta dei vini.

Pizza e pizzeria desiderate da tempo, ma... ne è valsa la pena...Luogo non molto facile da trovare perché posto vicino ad un condominio. Giuseppe Bove seguito da tempo su fb e stasera finalmente conosciuto da vicino, o meglio visto attraverso una vetrata dove esercita brillantemente il suo lavoro di pizzaiolo e comunque tutte le sue creazioni sono sul menù. Pizza buona,soffice e ricca di ingredienti gustosi.
