GROM - Il Gelato come una volta

06/04/2024: The ice cream is good but it was nothing out of this world. I had read that it was the best ice cream parlor in Florence and for me it wasn't. The service was very good, they were friendly but the quality-price product is not worth it.

01/04/2024: Good food but quite chaotic. The staff seemed stressed and we felt hurried to finish our meal. Maybe it would be better for the service and the guests to have less tables and therefore everything would be more relaxed. That would be way better than having a crowded place and a stressed atmosphere.
