I was there a short time ago and what can I say... simply extraordinary. Professionalism and elegance, exceptional dishes and a trained staff. Experience to be repeated and I recommend a culinary experience at Incálmo to everyone.

I'm amazed how this restaurant still doesn't have at least one star! Superlative experience. Refined dishes accompanied with excellent wines. Absolutely worth repeating!

My husband took me there on Valentine's Day and it was a perfect evening. Delicious food and very attentive staff, the environment brings the right balance between elegance and extravagance of one of the chefs who came to the table to present us a course, which I personally love. I loved the tartlet in the jewelery box, the cevice and the rose cake....superb! Well done guys!

Above expectations on all fronts: from the welcome and warmth conveyed by the young staff, to the stimulating culinary journey, to the friendly greeting at the table from the two talented chefs. Incalmo represents the ability to be elegant without being formal; to be innovative without being excessive; to pleasantly serve elaborate dishes that contain territory and tradition. What can we say about the quality of the ingredients: impeccable! Really good, very good indeed. We are now waiting for spring to return and experience a new path. This evening we were accompanied to discover the Bacello menu with 7 courses, all well balanced and well accompanied by a particular selection of glasses. Incalmo deserves all the success he is having.

I had the pleasure of dining at this lovely restaurant recently and I must admit it was a fantastic dining experience. In addition to the delicious food, the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere made the evening even more enjoyable. Each course served was a masterpiece of delicate flavors and impeccable presentation. Each bite was an explosion of flavors that mixed harmoniously, creating a unique taste symphony. The care and passion with which each dish was prepared was evident in every tasting. Everything was enhanced by an impeccable choice of wines. I can't help but mention the welcoming and refined atmosphere that the restaurant is able to offer. The elegant decor and well-chosen background music contributed to creating an atmosphere of relaxation and intimacy, perfect for an unforgettable evening. I can't wait to go back.
